As a performer, credits include: for the National Theatre: Romeo and Juliet, Peer Gynt, The Villains’ Opera and Honk!.

Other credits include: Crazy for You (Prince Edward) and the original companies of Martin Guerre (Prince Edward); Saturday Night Fever (London Palladium); and Moby Dick (Piccadilly).

He made his operatic debut to international acclaim, playing the spoken role of Puck in Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, directed by Paul Curran (Teatro di San Carlo, Napoli), later revisiting the role for Mr Curran at Central City Opera, Colorado, and for Lindsay Kemp at the Teatro di Livorno, Pisa and Lucca.

He has directed and conducted workshops at the Wimbledon Studio Theatre, Urdang Academy, LSMT, Advanced Performers Studio, Guildford School of Acting and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
