Simon trained at the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain.
West End credits include: Romeo and Juliet-The Musical, (Piccadilly Theatre); Pharaoh in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat (New London Theatre); We Will Rock You (Dominion Theatre);Enjolras in the 21st Anniversary cast of Les Miserables (Queen’s Theatre); Raoul in The Phantom of the Opera (Her Majesty’s Theatre); Lieutenant Torrasso/Count Ludovic in Passion (Donmar Warehouse).
Off West End credits include: The British Premiere of Striking 12, (Waterloo East Theatre). Simon most recently played Officer Starnes and Tom Watson in the critically acclaimed Parade (Southwark Playhouse), for which he was nominated in the 2011 Broadway World Awards in the Best Featured Actor in a Musical category.
Regional work includes: Simon created the role of Thompson in Once Upon A Time at the Adelphi (Liverpool Playhouse).
Touring work includes: Blue in Naked Flame (England) Ringo Starr/Freddie Mercury in Rock Legends (South Africa).
Simon is also a founder member of ‘Theatreland’s First Supergroup’ Teatro. Teatro achieved gold status with their eponymous debut album after just 3 weeks, making them one of the fastest selling Musical Theatre acts of all time. Teatro performed in Los Angeles, New York, Dubai and all over the world along with performing for Her Majesty, The Queen at the 2007 Royal Variety Performance at the Liverpool Empire.
Simon has also done a lot of concert work, taking him all around the world. Most recently, he has performed in Kuala Lumpur, Athens, Egypt, Vermont (USA), The Phantom of the Opera 25th Anniversary Concert at the Royal Albert Hall and many concerts all over the UK.
Simon is delighted to be returning as Raoul in this exciting, brand new version of The Phantom of the Opera and would like to thank his mum and sister for just being them. He dedicates this, and every performance to the memory of his best friend, his dad.
