Theatre includes: creating the role of Mr Beebe in A Room with a View (Snap Theatre Company tour), his West End debut as Policeman, understudy Gerald and Parchester in Me and My Girl, Marine and Captain Shultz in Miss Saigon (Theatre Royal, Drury Lane), Brujon, understudied and played Jean Valjean in Les Misérables, understudied Peron, playing opposite Marti Webb in Evita (UK tour), ensemble, understudy King Herod and Annas in Gale Edwards’s production of Jesus Christ Superstar (West End), Charlie the Fisherman, understudy Straight Arrow and General Bellows in Dr Dolittle (Labatt’s Apollo), Annas in Jesus Christ Superstar (international tour), King Herod in Jesus Christ Superstar (UK tour) and Romeo and Juliet (Piccadilly). Hadrian created the role of Marvin in the multi award-winning Jerry Springer – The Opera (NT, Cambridge Theatre) and as part of the ensemble he won the 2004 Olivier Award for Best Supporting Performance in a Musical. He then took over the role of Warmup Man/Satan, opening the show with David Soul as Jerry. Also, Mr Marks, understudy Max Bialystock, Roger De Bris and Franz Liebkind in The Producers (Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, and UK tour), Knife Grinder and Mr Brownlow in Cameron Mackintosh’s production of Oliver! starring Rowan Atkinson (Theatre Royal, Drury Lane), Major Shelley in The Secret Garden (Toronto), Inspector Collins in Phil Wilmott’s production of Fings Ain’t Wot They Used T’Be (Union) and Oliver! (UK tour, Cameron Mackintosh).
