Andrew Bridge has won three TONY Awards for his lighting designs: Fosse (Ovation Award Los Angeles); Sunset Boulevard (Ovation Award Los Angeles), and for The Phantom Of The Opera– also the Drama Desk and outer Circle Critics’ Award (NY), Dora Mavor Award (Canada) and Los Angeles Critcs Award. Phantom has now been in six continents.

In Las Vegas, Andrew Bridge designed the lighting for The Phantom Of The Opera and the Siegfried and Roy spectacular at the Mirage hotel; in France, for Disneyland’s Buffalo’s Bill’s Wild West Show.

Other West End cerdits include Showboat at the Royal Albert Hall, Sinatra, Acord Antiques (+DVD); Absolutely! (perhaps) directed by Franco Zeffirelli; Peter Pan (Savoy Theatre); Fosse (Broadway, US and European tours), Saturday Night Fever (Broadway and US tour, Argentina and Spain); Singin’ In The Rain (National Theatre); Sunset Boulevard (USA, Canada, Australia and Germany tours); Five Guys Names Moe (USA, Australiasia, S.E Asia and UK tours); Aspects of Love (Broadway, Drama Desk Award Nomination, Canada and Australia); Tomfoolery; Little Me; Blondel; The Boyfriend; The Hunting Of The Snark; Heathcliff. Operas include Caalleria Rusticana And I Pagliacci, Carmen, Aida, La Boheme, Bign Crosby and Tommy Steele.
In London he was twelve years exclusive lighting constultant for the design company Imagination where he applied his talents to international presentations, industrial theatre and architecture projects. He was responsible for the spectacular floodligthing of the headquarters for Lloyds Of London (National Lighting Award) and for the televised opening and closing ceremonies of the Commonwealth Games 2002 in Manchester.

Andrew Bridge lives in London with his wife and their three children.
